About Drucker Management

A Singapore employment agency built around one idea: an employer should be able to hand over a manpower requirement and get back a worker who is legally cleared, properly matched and ready to start.

Who we are

Licensed, registered and accountable

Drucker Management Pte. Ltd. (佳和管理) was incorporated in Singapore on 9 January 2020 under UEN 202001382M. In April 2020 the Ministry of Manpower granted us a Comprehensive Licence — the broadest class of employment agency licence issued in Singapore.

We are registered for two distinct lines of business: general employment placement, and domestic worker placement. That combination is deliberate. A construction firm hiring twenty Work Permit holders and a family looking for one helper are very different customers, and we are licensed to serve both properly rather than referring one of them elsewhere.

We are based in Woodlands, close to the industrial estates and dormitories where much of Singapore's migrant workforce actually lives and works.

Our licence

What a Comprehensive licence means for you

Employment agency licences in Singapore are not all the same, and the class an agency holds decides who it is allowed to place.

SCOPE 01

Every salary band

A Select licence restricts an agency to higher-earning candidates only. A Comprehensive licence sets no such limit on who we may place, so a general worker and a manager stand equally with us. Each pass type still carries its own qualifying salary, set by MOM.

SCOPE 02

Any worker type

Work Permit, S Pass, Employment Pass and the Work Permit for migrant domestic workers — local and foreign candidates alike. There is no worker category we are barred from handling.

SCOPE 03

Any sector

Construction, marine, process, manufacturing, services, healthcare, logistics and private households. Where the sector is open to foreign manpower under MOM rules, we can work in it.

You can verify any Singapore employment agency's licence status yourself through the Ministry of Manpower. We encourage it — checking an agency's licence before you engage it is basic due diligence. MOM employment agencies

How we work

Four commitments we hold ourselves to

Compliance first

We operate within the Employment Agencies Act, the Employment of Foreign Manpower Act and MOM's licence conditions. If a request cannot be done lawfully, we say so.

Fair to both sides

Employers get candidates who can actually do the job. Workers get accurate information about the role, the pay and any fee — before they commit to anything.

Realistic timelines

Work pass processing depends on MOM, medical clearance and travel. We tell you what is likely rather than what you would prefer to hear.

Reachable

One WhatsApp number, answered by people who know your file. No call centre, no ticket reference, no repeating yourself.

Regulatory framework

The rules we work within

  • Employment Agencies Act. Governs how we are licensed, what we may charge a job seeker, and the records we must keep.
  • Employment of Foreign Manpower Act. Governs work passes, employer obligations, and the welfare of foreign employees.
  • Fair Consideration Framework. Employers must advertise eligible roles on MyCareersFuture and fairly consider Singaporeans first.
  • Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices. Job advertisements and selection must be based on merit, not on age, race, gender, religion or family status.
